Heating Contracts

Local authorities and Registered Social Landlords aim to raise contract standards nationwide, requiring service providers to assume more risk. We collaborate closely with clients to build trust across the supply chain, and we're working with local authorities to improve heating contracts in Shropshire.

1-Star Contract

Our 1-star contract is the minimum standard that everyone will receive. The arrangement that includes an annual service and safety check, with all repairs, maintenance and replacements. On this contract, work is carried out on a labour and materials basis or a schedule of rates.

3-Star Contract

Our 3-star contract is our top package, balancing cost with comprehensiveness. It includes an annual service and safety check, as well as repairs, maintenance and replacement of most components. This package has a one-off annual cost.

Plumbing Cover

As an extension to our 3-star contract, for an additional £85 per year, per service, we can add cover for plumbing works when added to our 3-star plan. Please contact us for details.

Making Things Affordable

We remain significantly cheaper than British Gas, saving you around £190 per year. Our standardized systems, Shropshire focus, and low marketing costs enable us to reinvest directly into our services, reaching more people efficiently.
